Day 1 and Shakespeare rehearsals have begun! Great fun with Imogen doing a drama workshop. 

A fun afternoon exploring levers, gears and pulleys. 

Year 5 have begun the Spellbinding challenge and are enjoying lots of new books 

Brilliant first session with Barrow Raiders learning vertical jumps. 

So much fun. Dancing, games and yummy picnics. Merry Christmas everyone ❤️ 

So much fun and so interesting looking at Anglo Saxon artefacts and researching what they may have been made from and used for.

No pens day has been lots of fun. We have made angels for the Christmas tree, shields for our Anglo Saxon assembly, Anglo Saxon villages, played Chinese whispers and had some good discussions. 

We have been exploring gravity today and measuring the weight and mass of different objects. 

Great time with our life bus session. Learning how to keep our minds and bodies healthy. 

Really interesting visit and workshop at The Manchester Bee. Thank you to the police for talking to year 5 and 6. 

What a brilliant time we have had at the Dock Museum. Thanks to Becca for organising the visit for us. We loved the new exhibits. 

Today we have been looking at magnetic force and having fun investigating magnets.
