Class of 2023

Well done Year 6 for your amazing Viking homework.     I am so impressed with your longboats, board games, helmets, jewellery designs, art work and research.  A fantastic effort everyone! 

Year 6 have thoroughly enjoyed their end- of-year treat to the cinema and McDonalds. 

Year 6 have been busy perfecting their cycling skills in the playground and learning how to ride safely on the road.  Well done everybody! 

Year 6 took part alongside 15 other local primary schools to compete in the orienteering competition at Barrow Park. They were all fantastic and participated brilliantly, despite the heavy rain. Well done to Sophie who came first place in her race. 

An interesting day at Eden Camp Museum.

More photos day 1 at York Minster.

Year 6 have had a great first day on their residential to York. We have visited York Minster and been to York Dungeons. They have enjoyed settling into their rooms, eating pasta and are now playing team games.

We spent some time on the field this afternoon to promote positive mental health.

First, we sheltered from a shower under some trees. We closed our eyes and listened carefully to see what we could hear. We heard birds, the breeze, trees rustling and the nursery children.
