Class of 2022

Amazing team work today for our team of 12 year 6 children who attended the orienteering day at Barrow Park. A special well done to 2 boys who finished in the top 5 out of 200! Thanks to the organisers,  what a great event!

Year 6 did a brilliant job helping Mrs Redhead and Mrs Waring plant up some new plants in the playground and weed our memorial garden this afternoon. Thank you Year 6.

Year 6 visited Furness Academy to take part in a Stem Workshop. Their challenge was to design a plane that could fly.

We have been making Christingles this morning. The classroom smells of oranges, it's lovely 

Thank you so much to Elissa from the Dog's trust who has been talking to us today about staying dog safe. We have had a great time and got to virtually meet Mia, her dog. 

We have been making sea walls and coastal defences to explore how erosion can impact on the coast. We will be writing an explanation text about it tomorrow.
