We have had a brilliant day at Blackwell. We learned about the Arts and Crafts Movement, calligraphy writing and printing. The children loved it. 

Year  5 have had a brilliant day at Dowdales School. Thank you to all staff and pupils for making our day so successful 

We had a brilliant afternoon doing art workshops and improving our drawing techniques.

Congratulations and well done to our year 3 and 4 football team who represented Roose School in a tournament tonight. They played well and got through to the semi-finals. Thank you to our coach Mark Swainson and the staff who attended.

We have been learning all about gears, levers and pulleys. We are also making some controllable cars. 

This morning we have tried to build a human skeleton. Some of our skeletons need a little adjusting!

An exciting afternoon of making boats and testing water resistance. Some of them floated....others were less successful! 

We had a lot of fun dancing this afternoon 

Year 4 enjoyed book week, especially paired reading with nursery!
