Florence Nightingale poem
Year 2 have enjoyed learning all about Florence Nightingale and her impact on nursing during the Crimean war. They loved learning this poem and performing it with their lamps. Well done Year 2 and Mrs B for all your creative history lessons!
Coastal erosion
We are learning about coastal processes and how erosion cam impact the coast. We made headlands, stacks, caves, arches and stumps and will write an explanation text about it.
Rehearsals day 1
We have started rehearsals for A Midsummer Night’s dream.
Lines of symmetry
The children enjoyed using mirrors in todays maths session to see if there were any vertical, horizontal it diagonal lines of symmetry. Super work!

We have been learning all about Kings and Queens and the role they played in society. We decided to ‘act out’ the role in our classroom and make some laws for our classroom. We had so much fun!
