Some beautiful photos from our performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream at Blackwell, sent by some of the staff. 

Reception have been practising subitising, counting to 20, ordering numbers to 20 and making teen numbers with numicon.

Reception have enjoyed planting sunflower seeds and writing instructions.

Reception are enjoying learning about growth in the flower shop and garden centre. 

Today we used the theory of Aristotle to prove the Earth is spherical. 

That was an amazing day! Well done year 5, very proud grown ups who watched your wonderful performance at Blackwell house. 

On Tuesday afternoon in DT with Miss Taylor we explored making pesto basil pasta.

In RE we have been learning about different people and whether their achievements were choice, planned or pre-destined. Very interesting. 

We have been exploring Anglo Saxon artefacts today. It was very exciting.
