Louise and Ros from the Lake District National Park working with United Utilities delivered a workshop about water. We learned about the natural and human water  cycles and that our water is from Haweswater reservoir.

Debby came in today for our first violin lesson. We did some clapping rhythms. We learnt how to pick up our violins and we plucked the strings. We realised they all sound different.

We turned the classroom into a giant dictionary using words related to materials and their properties
