Well done Year 5!

We have had such an exciting morning at Dowdales, we played some drama games, made and tasted fruit smoothies and learned some Japanese! What a lot to fit in

We have spent a very exciting morning investigating friction by launching cars down ramps!

We have some future detectives in year 5 who had great fun solving crimes

We are having a lot of fun rehearsing Macbeth

We had a fantastic day yesterday at Blackwell and Dove Cottage in Grasmere. We explored the arts and crafts house and today we began preparations for our Macbeth performance. It has been so exciting. 

We have spent the morning investigating forces and measuring in Newtons

We had a great time at UVHS doing science, English, maths, history and music. We explored the school and had yummy school dinners

We have had a very exciting afternoon learning some rugby skills

We topped off our Chinese New Year celebrations by cooking a delicious feast, eating with chopsticks and drinking jasmine tea. Happy Year of the Monkey everyone, love Year 5

Year 5 have had a lovely morning watch Beauty and The Beast at Dowdales which was a fantastic performance. Lovely to see some old Roose faces involved as well. 

Year 5 have learnt a Chinese Song.
