Year 4 have been learning about slow writing and wrote some gorgeous pieces about a short film called Chaperone Rouge. 

Year 6 took part in a fantastic Nuclear Engineering Workshop with Dr Irene Wise from Lancaster University.  Their first task was to see how they could fit through a piece of A4 paper!! Super fun and extremely interesting.  A big thank you to Irene from us all.

We have learnt lots of facts about Brazil. We have sketched the Christ the Redeemer statue, which is in Rio de Janeiro. Next time you're in school pop in and see our display in the hall.

Year 5 loved their first lesson of our ' Harry Potter' Experiment Week with the class following instructions from Hogwarts to get involved with some experiments to help with the new creation of an upcoming potion at Hogwarts. Children investiagted dissolving different solids in hot and cold…

To celebrate learning about Japan for International week, we dressed Mrs Shaw up in a kimono. We are now designing our own
