Well done to all our children who ran in the county cross country finals today at Sedbergh. All amazing runners. So proud of you all. Well done.

Year 3 enjoyed their first session of yoga. 

Brilliant first session with Barrow Raiders learning vertical jumps. 

Year 6 enjoyed the dodgeball competition at Furness Academy last week. They looked really smart in the new Roose tracksuits. 

The Year 5 and 6 children had fun and worked hard at the athletics event at Furness Academy. Their behaviour was impeccable. Such a credit to Roose School.  

We had a super afternoon at Furness Academy for the Sports Hall Athletics competition. 

Well done to the year 4 children who took part in the dodgeball competition at Furness Academy. Amazing skills on show and outstanding enthusiasm.

Well done to everyone who took part in the Furness Schools Cross Country Competition on a very cold afternoon at Furness Academy. Everyone tried their best and we were blown away by their determination, encouragement and resilience. A huge well done for the effort given by everyone today and…

Well done to everyone who took part in the girls football competiton at Furness Academy. Roose team won a game, drew a game and lost one. Amazing skills, teamwork and sportsmanship was on display by all. So proud of you all. 

We've done so well with netball training we are now playing matches.
