Tree planting with Heather of Art Gene


 

This week we started our tree planting workshops with Heather Pennick as part of the Art Gene programme running. We planted 2 apple trees and 11 cherry trees in our school field. It will take approximately 3 years before fruit will begin to grow! The children thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon…

We won the Christmas card competition!!!!

We are very proud to have had a student from Year 1 win the annual Christmas card competition! We had spent time drafting, redrafting and then redoing our cards to make sure we were entering quality work…we are overjoyed that our students hardwork has paid off!
