Class of 2021

Year 4 had a very excited Year 1 class read their reports on The Great Fire of London to them.  Year 4 were very impressed.

Year 4 loved their afternoon with Barrow Raiders players today. The 3 new team members from Papua New Guinea taught the children about life in Papua New Guinea and played rugby games with them on the field. An amazing afternoon - thank you Star, Willi, Watts and Shona.

We are making our reading corner into a woodland from Midsummer Night's Dream. Year 4 had great fun making leaves, stars, animals and fairies to go in it.

Year 4 dojo winners earn treat time and this week they decorated biscuits and enjoyed eating them! Well done for your hard work

Year 4 had an amazing time at their Christmas party! Great fun and food!

We all had a fab time this afternoon. Corner Game, Musical Statues and a dance Competition followed by lots of yummy food.

A fantastic taster session on fencing. Year 4 were great!

We had a super day at The Growing Well project at Sizergh Barn. We learnt about the project, the plants they grow and made vegetable biryani with the chef. All the children were brilliantly behaved and asked interesting questions. Everyone tasted the food we made.

We have been reading a book called 'Leon and the Place Between' by Grahame Baker-Smith. We changed our classroom into a circus to experience some of the sensory delights of the book's setting! We went in our 'big top' reading tent, ate and smelt popcorn and watched a trapeze artist on video. Mrs…

Year 1 were amazing this morning during our Beebot workshop. Everyone programmed their own Beebot robot to move around the classroom and on different games. Well done year 1, very proud of you.
