Year 2 had a lovely visit to Furness Abbey. The children enjoyed looking at the artefacts in the museum and exploring the ruins. We had a lovely picnic before playing on the amphitheatre. After lunch we completed a scavenger get hunt through abbots wood and identified lots of different trees and finally walked back to school in the sunshine along the red river walk. Well done year 2 you made all your teachers proud displaying all our Roose values.
